At the same time, Chandra was working towards his degree in Indian History, Culture, and Civilisation with Political Science at the University of Rajasthan. Chandra speaks fluent English, French, Japanese, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujrati and Urdu. As well as this travel agency, Chandra runs a hotel in Jaisalmer, the Roop Mahal, which can be seen recommended in Lonely Planet, Rough Guide and Le Routard Inde du Nord.
