The Heritage Sarahan is located on the main road 600 meters before bus stand Sarahan and the famous Bhima Kali temple Sarahan. The property is surrounded by an apple orchard and natural beauty on three sides. Guests can have a majestic view of snow-clad Shrikhand mountains from their rooms and balconies. Rooms are decorated with artifacts, antique items, and photographs of families depicting the culture of Kinnaur. Two types of rooms i.e.2 spacious all wooden superior/premium rooms and 2 standard rooms are available. A free car parking facility is available for the guests at The Heritage The Heritage Sarahan Homestay provides the guests a very peaceful and family-friendly accommodation. Freshly cooked meals (dinner, breakfast, tea, etc.) are served on the advance order of the guests. Local food items and fresh vegetables are provided from the organic farming of the host family. Our guests have appreciated its location, clean and comfortable rooms, home-cooked food, and hospitality.

The host family belongs to district Kinnaur.Head of the family sh. Shyam Singh is a retired Deputy Inspector General from CAPF. While his two sons are serving in senior positions in CPSU and Govt. of India. The family maintains an apple orchard and also does organic farming growing local cereals and vegetables. Host treat guests as a family guest and take care to make their stay comfortable.

In the south of The Heritage Sarahan, there is a beautiful natural stream waterfall making musical sounds One can do bird watching and listen to the chirping of different birds at dawn and dusk. Different kinds of planted flowers and wildflowers bloom around The Heritage Sarahan as per the seasons. HPPWD circuit house is about 200 meters from The Heritage Sarahan.
